Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits never expire.
What if a simulation fails?
Full refund if the simulation fails. If you cancel mid-simulation, credits for remaining rounds are automatically refunded.
Can I upgrade a report later?
Yes. Pay extra credits to upgrade from Basic to Detailed anytime. No re-simulation needed.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cards and local payment methods (Toss in Korea). International card payments supported.
